Special Events and Private Dining

Our elegant and unique private dining spaces provide the ideal setting for holiday parties and family celebrations, business events, lunches, dinners, wine tastings, client receptions, book signings, and press conferences.

With careful attention to every detail, Del Posto’s Event Planners create special events tailored to your needs. Our dedicated team will be on site throughout your event to ensure that your guests receive incomparable service and hospitality.

For groups, we offer the following gathering rooms where your guests may enjoy cocktails and wine, passed Assaggi (‘little tastes’-- the Italian version of hors d’oeuvres), and seated dinner.

Gattinara (Wine Cellar)
Accommodates up to sixteen (16) guests.
Toscana
Accommodates up to forty (40) guests.
Piemonte
Accommodates up to two hundred (200) guests, with cocktails in the adjacent Hall of Wine.
Barbaresco
Accommodates up to fifty-six (56) seated guests, or up to one hundred (100) for standing receptions.
Barolo
Accommodates up to eighty (80) seated guests, or up to one hundred and fifty (150) for standing receptions.

For large events, Del Posto can accommodate up to twelve hundred (1,200) guests.

Our Private Dining menus feature recipes created by Executive Chef Mark Ladner and Pastry Chef Brooks Headley. We offer a number of menu formats, and will customize a menu for your guests, with meat, fish, game and produce selections that reflect the seasons. We are always prepared to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions and/or special dietary needs. We can provide kosher meals from our kosher vendor as well for any guests as required.

DEL POSTO offers an abundant selection of Italian wines, focusing on vintage depth and important wines, and showcases both top producers and sought-after gems. Our wine collection is in fact a working museum of Italian wine, illustrating the great wines of Italy, and includes over 3,000 label selections. Additionally, we have some of the world's top spirits on hand. Offer your guests a menu of classic and signature cocktails, followed by wine pairings to complement your menu.

Our florist is available to provide beautifully crafted arrangements for your events.

Sights & Sounds/ Media

DEL POSTO's private rooms are equipped with built-in sound system. Should you require additional audiovisual equipment, we will be happy to make these arrangements.
